Stage 4 -Worrack the fastest

Altenburg, 20.7km ITT

Race Writeup

Trixi Worrack (Specialized Lululemon) rode to victory on stage 4. Worrack beat compatriot and current World TT Champion Judith Arndt by 700/100th of a second over the 20.7km course. Emma Johansson (Hitec) rode home for third some 16 seconds behind Worrack and Arndt. 

The pace was set early on with one of the amateur riders. Ester Fennel (Koga) setting a fast time. It really wasn't until the last 5 riders had started that the lead changed. 

Specialized Lululemon filled three of the top 5 spots showing the dominance of the team.

Overnight leader Emma Johansson could only manage 3rd on stage and lost 16 seconds to Worack and the new leader Arndt.
