Race Writeup

Annemiek van Vleuten (Rabo Women) was an early starter, she rode in the light and on relatively dry roads. Although there was not a noticeable wind at all throughout the evening race, there were periods of heavy rain. The latter riders had to contend with wet roads and a lack of light due to the rain and dusk. Judith Arndt (GreenEDGE-AIS) and Hanka Kupfernagel (Rusvelo) completed the podium. They rode in the latter half of the field.
