Global team completed for Het Volk 2007 - more riders added to the squad Season campaign begins in West Flanders The
European women’s racing calendar starts with Het Volk classic.
Racing over a flat and cobbled 126 km course in West Flanders, Global Racing
Team will be joined by one of its new signings, Nikki Harris. This will be the second year the team have opened its season with the Het Volk and therefore should be in a good position to know what to expect.
The 2007 squad is already very strong and with new riders from Japan, Holland and Norway added to the team so hopes are very high for a great season. As part of the continued progression of the team, Global Racing Team has added 4 new British riders to the squad. The riders are: Nikki

Rowsell (National U23 Road Race Champion) Katie
Curtis Lizzy
Armistead (National Criterium Champion) These
riders boost the squad numbers to 13 and complete the line-up for the 2007
road season. ‘We are very excited about these final additions to
our squad. It gives us a great blend of youth and experience and it
should be a very interesting season’. says team manager, Stefan
Wyman. Some
of the riders are still studying in the UK and will join the team throughout
the year for specific targets in their development and will receive a also
