Primavera Rosa cancelled World Cup Round 3 cancelled Organiser, RCS Sport calls off event The UCI has confirmed a rumour which was circulating for a couple of weeks prior - the third round of the women's road World Cup has been cancelled. There will now be 12 events in 2006 - 9 European, 2 Australasian and 1 North American. The Primavera Rosa was an Italian race and finished ahead of the of men's Milan-San Remo course, having followed the final kilometres of the course. The 2005 winner was Trixi Worrack (Équipe Nürnberger). The event was due to be run on 18th March 2006
