Women's Coaching Day Roe Valley Leisure Centre – Limavady Saturday 25th February, 2006 You are invited to a women's coaching day in Limavady, Northern Ireland. There are no restrictions upon age, ability or experience

Registration 09.45 Training rides for varied abilities. Distances between 20 and 40 miles. 13.00 Lunch 13.30 General Coaching Session – To include goal setting, training for targets, bike set up, advice forum with senior riders and qualified coach. 15.00 Racing Forum. 2006 Racing calendar discussion, Ulster Team races and selection Finish 15.30 Cost GBP 5.00 per person.
