Review - Day 3

2 more gold medals were awarded on on day 3 - the 2km pursuit and the sprint. The pursuit title was taken by Lesya Kalitovska (UKR) from Bianca Rogers (AUS). American Kimberley Geist took the bronze medal from Australia's Amanda Spratt.

In the sprint, the gold medal race went to three heats, whilst the battle for bronze was over in two. Lizandra Guerra (CUB) beat Anna Blythe for the gold medal and Elodie Henriette (FRA) beat compatriot, Sandie Clair for the bronze.
