Kate Mactier out of Jayco Jayco Bay Classics 2005
Click here to see the Jayco Bay Classics race preview Jayco / VIS team leader, Kate Mactier is out of the Jayco Bay Series through illness. Unfortunately, Kate Mactier, a local rider to the Bay Series and known around the world for her World and Olympic track silver medals has withdrawn from the racing. She is recovering at home, having spent 5 days in hospital with pneumonia. Mactier is likely to miss the Australian road and time trial championships next week also. She scored a silver medal in the RR last year.
