jersey with another win on Sunday. O’Hagan
and Kennedy went clear of the other riders on the second of three laps. Cat
and mouse riding in the Closing Km almost cost them the race when Orla
Hendron came storming past. O’Hagan recovered and Hendron finished a
close second

Overall League Update Following
Julie O’Hagan’s fourth consecutive win at the National League in
Carrick-on-Suir yesterday, she is now 9 points clear of Orla Hendron.
Hendron has finished second to O’Hagan at three of the four rounds so
far, and now lies in second place overall, on 35 points. Roisin
Kennedy’s third place yesterday moves her up to third place overall in
the league, with Julie Mulligan in fourth. League points will be adjusted
after the final race in August, as only the best six of seven races will
be counted. The fifth round of the National League takes place at the
National Road Race Championships in Dundrod.
