Stage Details
Race HQ will be Cardington Village Hall, near Bedford.
Stage 3 - Sunday 25th - 10:00am rollout - road stage
Race
is neutralised through narrow “s” bends and over bridge race (M) both ends
of bridge with whistles to warn riders of oncoming traffic race then
deneutralised 100m past exit of bends.
Continue
up the hill to TURN (M) left onto Bedford Road into Old Warden, pass through the
village to TURN (M) left direction Ickwell (Warden Road) caution narrow road.
Into Ickwell village continue to Northill on Northill Road which becomes Ickwell
Road TURN (M) left to Cople continue past Highlands Farm (Sprint point) uphill
past treatment works (caution round “S” bends) into Cople Village to TURN
(M) left at Clarkes Garage/Church into Grange Lane continue towards Cardington
through narrow “s” bends and over bridge race (M) both ends of bridge with
whistles to warn riders of oncoming traffic race to complete one lap adjacent to
field entrance 500m North of The Gables.
