Esther van der Helm signs for Farm Frites-Hartol

Esther van der Helm, known to WomensCycling.net as a regular at UK and Irish stage races, such as the TQ Papers 2 day and the 2 Day race organised in Bedford each year (which WomensCycling.net sponsored in 2002), has signed to the Farm Frites-Hartol team in the Netherlands. She leaves the Dutch Selection Team and team-mates such as Sharon van Essen (also a regular at the english-speaking events) to join some of the most famous names in women's cycling, such as Leontien Zijlaard van Moorsel and Miriam Melchers.
Esther has tested the FF colours in the past. She rode the Bedford 2day race in 2001 for their development squad.
